running, shoulders bared
my hair whipping back and forth
self-flagellation

  1. SC,

I love the image of bared shoulders.

  2. What are you running from
    Haiku no chīsana ichi?

    What are you running to?

You don't have to tell me.
    I see it.

    I see you. Thank you.

    1. Emen,

I could use some help translating... I would hate to miss out on your words...

    2. I hope it means "haiku little one", or "haiku little dear". I was always stronger in romance languages and even those I have to babelfish everything to be sure.

That image and those words seemed such essence to me. Like great haiku :)

    3. Thank you, Emen...

      I'm not a natural poet, but I do appreciate the hai-five :)

  4. SC,

I "get" your point. Your hair is hitting your shoulders for 3.1 miles. Very clever.

    1. Joey,

I knew if no one else "got it", you would :) I'm not sure if the curls of my hair separated just so, but it stung quite a bit!

  7. I did get. So creative bringing together long distance running and flogging as you call it. Once again very sexy imagery and photo.

    You are always fun

  8. Running can certainly feel like a beating. ;-) I'd rather have the flogging.

    1. LOL, Lea... I do get endorphins from both a beating and running. AND flogging! I'm not sure what makes me cry more, though ;)
